WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

As most of these items on this site are custom made, most orders will be shipped
after approximately 3-5 business days upon receiving full payment while some may take
up to a week.
We will inform you once your order is shipped.
If we happen to receive your order before the inventory on the website is updated
and that item is sold out or on back order, we will inform you via email.

As we are based in Singapore, orders are shipped via Singapore Post Ordinary Airmail.  
As a rough estimate, mail to the US and Europe takes roughly 10-12 business days while
those within Asia and Australia takes roughly 5 business days.
It is recommended that you opt for Registered Airmail at checkout.  This provides for
tracking of the package but entails that you will have to sign for the package on delivery.

Courier Service via Speedpost, Fedex, UPS or DHL is available if you need
to receive your items in a  hurry. This will take approximately 2-4 business days
and charges start from $30 and upwards.  This largely depends on  the courier
company opted for and the weight of the items.  Please email us for assistance
and exact costs.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER IS CORRECT
If an item is returned to us by the Postal Service due to an incorrect/non-existent
address given or unclaimed package, you can opt to have us :
- resend it to you but with the shipping charges as above  
- issue a refund for the items purchased minus the shipping fees from
  the first time round + re-stocking fee of 20%

DISPLAY OF ITEMS
We make every effort to display the color of our products as accurately as possible. However,
at times, the colors are rendered different after photography.  Colors may also appear slightly
different from products depending on your computer monitor.  However, we often provide a close up
view of our products to assist you.

RETURN POLICY
 
We take pride in our items.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase,
simply email us and return the item unused within 30 days from your order and we will  
assist you with a prompt refund.
 
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
